We reached out to Sauc with some questions about their products and received an emailed response within a few hours. It wasn’t the best-written reply we’ve ever received (spell-check recommended), but they answered all our questions and clearly know their products well.
Facebook responses seem to be even faster, and you can find them on pretty much whatever social media platform you prefer.
The checkout process on the Sauc website was frictionless. They offer free shipping for orders over $100, but if your order falls under the minimum they won’t milk you. Shipping via USPS first-class is only $5.
And if you’re not happy with your experience of a product, Sauc offers a generous return policy. You have 30 days to decide whether you’re satisfied. If you’re not impressed, they’ll give you a refund.
This is one area in which Sauc has room to grow. In the crowded world of CBD, it’s good to see company leadership put their names behind their products. We couldn’t find any of that information on the website.
Also, third-party testing should be more robust. You can find the results of one third-party lab test on the website, but it’s out of date and only pertains to their CBD isolate, rather than the finished products.
Our Verdict
As a relative newcomer, Sauc is already setting a high standard for CBD vape products. We recommend their terpene-specific e-juice for a delicious, customizable vape experience.
