This recently established, Illinois-based company takes their products seriously — and personally. The company focus is pretty clear from even a brief perusal of their website: small, hand-made batches of CBD products made from pure, simple ingredients. Also, great value.
That may sound like a simple strategy, but it’s surprisingly rare to come by. Company founder Maya Page brought to bear her own experience as a CBD consumer when formulating her approach to business. Struggling with postpartum anxiety, she found relief in CBD, but found the shopping experience frustratingly opaque.
OILLY strives to resolve these issues by providing clearly labeled, cleanly produced products with lots of information about process and dosage.
That means that their tinctures contain no fillers, flavors, or harsh chemicals. Their bath bombs, things of beauty in themselves, are created with pure, natural ingredients and high-quality essential oils.
And if you’re looking for a little fun in your CBD experience, OILLY has recently sweetened their product offerings with some truly gorgeous (and pretty potent) CBD planet lollipops.
Scrolling through their Facebook feed, you’ll notice signs of their collaborative approach to business and relationship building. They recently joined the Algonquin Chamber of Commerce and proudly take part in local events.

On the down side, if you’re using your phone, the website can feel a bit sluggish. And, while there’s lots of educational content elsewhere, product pages are pretty sparse when it comes to information about what you’re buying.
Our questions were answered thoroughly and transparently. And they definitely know their products well, so you’ll have a good idea of what you’re purchasing before making the commitment.
OILLY’s return policy is a bit more strict than some. You have 30 days to change your mind about your purchase, but you can only return unopened, unused products. And the customer pays the return shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we could only find one third-party lab report on the website. Third-party lab reports attesting to the CBD potency of all products would be a big step towards full transparency.
OILLY’s website is also a bit light on information about company leadership, though their Facebook page makes it very easy to learn about the people behind the company.
